Fees must be paid prior to any equipment or uniform being issued.

* FEES ARE NOT A DIRECT PURCHASE OF GAME UNIFORM or PARTICIPATION TROPHY. Paid fees ONLY guarantee a roster spot, opportunity to learn the game and earn playing time at practice!

If an athlete quits or leaves the organization for any reason prior to uniform issue, they will only be given their jersey and nothing else. All equipment issued must be returned in good condition prior to receiving their jersey. Failure to return equipment will result in forfeiture of any awards and participation holds being placed with the league.

Soft-shell Helmet (Must Be Returned)

Tackle Football Include:

Annual Membership / Custom Home & Away Game Jerseys / Helmet Decals

Helmet & Shoulder Pads Must Be Returned if provided by CTX Centurions

Athletes Provide Their Own:

- Practice Pants w/pads (any color)

- Practice Jersey (any color)

- Game Socks (White or Light Blue or Red) & Pants (White with pads)

- Mouthguard (attached to helmet)

- Cleats

* We have several pair of cleats and pants in various sizes FREE (first come basis)

CTXCYO provides an all inclusive, safe, effective, and competitive athletic opportunity for our young people in the community.
