Volunteer Expectations

Every volunteer represents the CTX Centurions.

Volunteers are expected to:

Arrive on time.

Be prepared.

Dress appropriately.

Maintain professionalism.

Support all athletes equally.

Encourage positive behavior.

Never use profanity.

Never bully or intimidate children.

Report safety concerns immediately.

Follow Board directives.

Complete assigned duties.

Maintain confidentiality.

Volunteers SHALL NOT

-Smoke or vape around youth.

Consume alcohol during events.

Possess illegal drugs.

Engage in verbal abuse.

Use corporal punishment.

Post inappropriate content involving players.

Transport players without parental approval.

Parent Expectations

Parents shall:

-Support coaches.

Encourage sportsmanship.

Attend meetings.

Pay required fees.

Volunteer when possible.

Parents shall not:

-Coach from the sidelines.

Argue with officials.

Enter the playing field.

Confront coaches during games.

A 24-hour cooling-off period shall apply before discussing coaching decisions following games.
